Brian Patterson, Executive Director Specialist
Brian began his career in the hospitality industry at age 14, working at a family-owned restaurant. Over the next 28 years, he progressed from dishwasher to ultimately owner-operator. Unfortunately, the changing landscape of downtown Duluth, MN, necessitated the restaurant’s closing, and Brian found himself searching for a new path.
Just a week later, he answered a local newspaper ad seeking a highly motivated, business-minded, hospitality-driven individual to serve as Executive Director of seven Northern Minnesota memory care communities. Brian has been in this role for 18 years now, continuing to uphold the hospitality values that guided him since day one. After Brian joined HallKeen Assisted Living Communities in 2025, he supported the HallBridge Windrose communities in Woburn and Weymouth.
Brian and his wife are proud parents to four children and have four grandchildren. Now a New England transplant, Brian remains deeply connected to northern Minnesota. He is passionate about the unique world of sled dog racing and continues to serve as a judge and volunteer in his home state.
Elizabeth Tull, Resident Care Director
Elizabeth has been a dedicated nurse since 2014, bringing over a decade of experience caring for medically fragile individuals. Prior to becoming a nurse, she spent two years working as a CNA, building the compassionate foundation that continues to guide her work today.
A proud mother of three wonderful sons and grandmother to three cherished grandchildren, Liz treasures her family above all else. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology (a childhood dream).
Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Liz is an avid collector of houseplants and enjoys creative hobbies including crocheting, painting, singing, and cooking. Her nurturing spirit extends from her patients to her plants, family, and artistic passions.
